Real Audit™ Ordering Instructions (with self activation see Step 5)

Please read all carefully:

Please consult your instructor before registering with us to ensure that you obtain the proper semester license (i.e., lite, full, upgrade, addon, etc.) and instructor code.

Then, carefully complete the following steps using the Order Form on the left menu:

Step 1: Fill in the order form especially the E-mail address field as your Real Audit username and password (to log into the simulation) will be sent to the E-mail address you specify (check your SPAM folder if you do not see it in your Inbox within 5 minutes - Warning: Hotmail.com, AOL, etc. almost always classify messages from sales@realaudit.com as SPAM so please add us to your list of safe senders before ordering).

Step 2: Verify your order input and correct if necessary

Step 3: Select payment option and proceed to payment - credit card (via PayPal our authorized payment processor), Paypal account, or check

Step 4: Select Paypal account or credit card at Paypal site, then fill in account information completely.

Step 4 (checks only): If you requested to pay by check in Step 3, an invoice will be generated for you - print it out and submit the bottom portion with your check.

Step 5 Self Activation: If paying at PayPal, when done - write down your transaction ID and click on the return to realaudit.com link - then enter the correct account information and transaction ID to activate - you can then use the simulation immediately. Please note that account upgrades from lite to full will be performed manally by us (ranges 2-6 hours during business hours EST).

Step 5 Activation: (checks only): accounts paid by check must be activated manually after received at our office (usually 2-5 days, but has been up to 7-10).

Step 6 Download: Once you have completed the order process you must download the Real Audit setup software from the left menu to your personal computer (be sure it meets the system requirements) or you can run the simulation from your school's lab computers, at work, or all of the above with your username and password.

Account security: We will set up your account so that you get the proper version of the simulation. It is also very important that you do not share your account and password with anyone else, since unauthorized use will be logged by our system and can result in your account being suspended.
